| Two or more persons joining together for carrying on a business is called a Partnership. Constitution of and Management of this form of business is governed by the Indian Partnership Act,1932.
Members of the firm are called partners and their mutual rights and obligations are defined by
the Deed of Partnership entered into by them,interse.
This form is slightly better viewed than a proprietory concern.
Most of the laws are applicable to Partnership form of business.
